Meet Melanie, a Clinical Nurse Educator in Professional Practice at Ontario Shores. Melanie's journey with us has spanned 11 years, first as a new graduate on Geriatric Psychiatry Unit then moved to Outpatients, Crisis/Central Intake, and now Professional Practice. Melanie has been inspired by her colleagues to keep #RisingUp for the people we serve. "From the beginning of my career to the present, I have been so proud to be a part of this community," says Melanie of her time with the organization.
