Ontario Shores Again Named GTA Top Employer

Today, Ontario Shores was among select organizations named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2018 following a competition that evaluated employers on several criteria including work atmosphere, financial and family benefits, vacation, skill development and community involvement.

In its 12th year of recognizing employers who foster a culture which creates and maintains a desirable workplace, the competition has become a benchmark for organizations striving for excellence.

It’s the second consecutive year in which Ontario Shores has been celebrated as one Greater Toronto’s Top Employers.

“It’s truly an honour to be recognized for a second straight year as a great place in which to work,” says Karim Mamdani, President and CEO at Ontario Shores. “We value our people greatly and we are exceptionally proud of the work they do for our patients and the communities we serve.”

Ontario Shores and its fellow recipients in 2018 were officially unveiled in Toronto and are featured in a special magazine in The Globe and Mail.

“This recognition is reflective of our ongoing pursuit of excellence,” says Mamdani. “I’m proud of the commitment of everyone at Ontario Shores to achieve and maintain this level of standing.”
