Patient Experience Team

The Patient Experience Team is available to all patients, families, and community members who have questions, compliments, concerns/complaints, and suggestions.

What does the Patient Experience Team do?

The Patient Experience Team:

  • Listens to patient concerns in confidence.

  • Facilitates inquiries and communicates the issue to management and teams so they can be addressed.

  • Collects and trends data received from Patient Council, feedback forms, and Patient Experience Surveys.

The Patient Experience Team may be contacted in several ways:

  • In person: the office is located at 3-1072.

  • By phone from inside the hospital: contact Elaine Miller, Patient Experience Advisor, at ext. 6703

  • By phone from outside the hospital: contact Elaine Miller, Patient Experience Advisor, at 905-430-4055 ext. 6703.

  • Office Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (excl. Holiday Mondays)

    Outside of office hours, please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day.
