The Patient Experience Team is available to all patients, families, and community members who have questions, compliments, concerns/complaints, and suggestions.
What does the Patient Experience Team do?
The Patient Experience Team:

Listens to patient concerns in confidence.

Facilitates inquiries and communicates the issue to management and teams so they can be addressed.

Collects and trends data received from Patient Council, feedback forms, and Patient Experience Surveys.
The Patient Experience Team may be contacted in several ways:
