Do you identify as trans or gender non-conforming? 
Have you accessed services at Ontario Shores since 2017?
Are you or were you between 17 and 24 years old when you accessed services? 


Ontario Shores is seeking your participation in a research study: 
Exploring the Experiences and Unmet Needs for Transgender or Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC) Transitional Aged Youth

We are trying to understand how professionals such as doctors and nurse practitioners can provide better care and service to young trans people. 

We want to hear about your experiences and ideas for better care. We are looking to speak with 8-12  individuals. Participation includes a 60-90-minute interview over Zoom or Telephone.

For the purposes of this study, trans or gender non-conforming refers to people with a diverse array of experiences and identities, including two-spirit, non-binary, agender, gender queer, gender non-conforming, gender diverse, gender questioning, transgender, as well as those who identify as men or women but have a history that involves a gender transition.
