Roksana Stech

I am a passionate and energetic individual who enjoys training Mental Health First Aid for the City of Toronto, on behalf of the hospital. I believe knowledge is power and I am thrilled to be a connection for people as they build on their mental health experience. Trainings provide individuals an opportunity for growth and I am excited to create a safe learning environment for all. On a personal note, I absolutely love to cook and enjoy making meals from scratch. Some of my favourite comfort foods to make are perogies (with home made dough), potato pancakes and French onion soup.
