I love Bell Let's Talk Day. It’s a day meant to break down our stigmas and judgments surrounding mental illness so that people living with them have a safe space to talk about their experiences. A conversation we hope to continue all year long. Not only that, but every time we used the hashtag #BellLetsTalk, we raised more than $120 million to assist more than 5 million Canadians in gaining access to mental health services.
