Board Member
Paul Przybylo is a Partner with Walker, Head Lawyers in Pickering, Ontario. He is called to the bar in Ontario and New York. At Walker, Head Lawyers Mr. Przybylo is a member of the Business Law Group and Real Estate and Municipal Law Group. As part of his business law practice, he advises corporations, partnerships and sole proprietors on a variety of matters relating to their business. Mr. Przybylo has extensive experience in all areas of real estate law. He acts as counsel for a wide range of individuals, companies and major banks. He is active throughout his community. He spent the years of 2012 to 2017 sitting as a board member with the Ajax/Pickering Board of Trade. During this time he served as President in 2014, and as the Chair of the Board from 2015 to 2017. He currently sits on the Ajax/Pickering Hospital Community Panel as a representative of the business community. He served as a member of Durham Region Transit Advisory Committee from 2007 to 2014.
