Vocational Rehabilitation Services utilizes the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to support competitive, community-based employment for individuals. IPS is an evidence-based approach that supports individuals with mental illness to obtain and maintain employment. IPS specialists work with individuals soon after entering the program to find work.
