Important Notice - Ontario Shores and LifeLabs

Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences (Ontario Shores) partners with LifeLabs, a Canadian laboratory testing company, to provide laboratory services for Ontario Shores’ patients.

LifeLabs recently identified a cyber-incident that involved unauthorized access to their computer systems with customer information that could include name, address, email, login, passwords, date of birth, health card number and lab test results. The LifeLabs incident has not impacted the security of Ontario Shores’ electronic medical record system.
